Naidu Consulting as an employer has a legal obligation to comply with the regulations of the POPI and the POPIA Act and any other relevant legislation.

The privacy policy is to inform you we collect personal data from you when you submit to us via our website.

This policy outlines what personal information is collected through the website and what the information will be used for as well as the analytics, cookies and any links to social media.

Furthermore, the policy discusses the right to access and correct any personal information submitted.

In compliance to the provisions of the POPI Act, Naidu Consulting is informing you that Naidu Consulting use your data for communication, enquiries, quoting and marketing purposes and the date received is stored according to strict data protection policies.

Naidu Consulting will not share your Data with any other third parties or use your data for any purpose other than described above without your written consent.

  • POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;
  • Traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network in respect of that communication and includes data relating to the routing, duration or time of a communication,
  • User means a person who uses a computer or other device to access this website; and
  • Web browser means an application used to access and view this website. Well know web browsers include Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Safari.

Naidu Consulting does not collect personal information on this site unless you provide Naidu Consulting with your personal information. If you provide personal information through this site, it will be held by Naidu Consulting.
